Here's an interesting show from late in the Summer '71 engagement. The '71 shows are few enough as it is, but this includes a few bits, notably Wooden Heart and His Latest Flame. The former is more of an attempt while the latter, unfortunately, is more of a tease. Also of interest is the Polk Salad / I John medley. 8/9-9/6 MUSICIANS & WARM UP SHOW Comedian: Bob Melvin Warm up act: The Sweet Inspirations Highvoice singer: Kathy Westmoreland Backup vocalists: The Sweet Inspirations: Ann Williams, Myrna Smith, Sylvia Shemwell , Estelle Brown The Imperials: Jack Hess, Jim Murray, Armond Morales, Gary McSpadden Musicians: Lead Guitar: James Burton Rhythm Guitar: John Wilkinson Bass: Jerry Scheff Piano: Glen D.
