For several months this concert, which was mailed to me all the way from England, has been on my computer while I've been struggling to hear it properly. Finally the pitch is correct and so are all the track splits, so I'm pleased to present this top-drawer show to you. Many thanks to Steve P. for bearing with me for so long.
