| J-Card Comment | Info File: TYPE O NEGATIVE april 22nd, 1996 normal, illinois redbird arena this was recorded from the 3rd floor, in front of the stacks on stage left. sepultura and ozzy were on the bill as well. ozzy was originaly set to play earlier in the year with support being provided by the deftones and korn. that show was cancelled due to ozzy's back being sore. there is also a video of this show, but this is not sourced from the video. a good set, though short. by the end of TON'a set, the crowd was chanting ozzy. pete had been drinking wine throughout the night equipment. some tape recorder, w/makeshift mics. i used these sport earbuds(gray) made by sony for their "sport" line-up. i actually experimented w/several different earphone combinations. i was broke in college, so i had to improvise. considering the equipment, it came out ok. maxell xl2(master)>sony deck>r9>2gb memory card>cdwav>tlh>flac(8)>you no denoiser was used. no eq was used before, during, or after the master tape transfer. this is raw! this is very raw. 1)gravity 2)too late:frozen 3)black number 1 4)pain 5)my girlfriend's girlfriend 6)christian woman please dont turn into mp3s or sell. enjoy |
