Info from the cover- "This tape consists of a selection of Black Flag's best-known songs recorded live at Target Studios with their avid audience. The songs include vocal performances by Dez and his successor, Henry Rollins, intercut with "Target Culturewar" footage, snips of fans all over Europe and a rare interview with the band..." There are one or two bad spots. Target Video was never known for quality, not to mention the annoying COPYRIGHT TARGET VIDEO across the bottom during the entire tape, on every tape they ever released...
