Tut Taylor Archive Reel #123 features Tut's friends, The Dixie Gentlemen, performing for a March 19, 1962 'I. E. H. Dixie Jamboree' radio broadcast. While the exact broadcasting station is unknown, it was likely located in northern Alabama or southern Tennessee. The Dixie Gentlemen formed in 1956 and were based in Alabama; band members at the time of this broadcast were famed fiddler Vassar Clements, Herschel Sizemore-mandolin, Rual Yarbrough-banjo, Jake Landers-guitar, and T.
