Teenage Wildlife 15. Under Pressure I was using the Sony Mic because my piece of shit core sounds I just bought were in repair for several months and not back in time for these shows. I was seated on the floor right in front of King Buzzo from the Melvins. Talked to him a bit between Prick and the band. There were no breaks between NIN and Bowie, it just sorta segued from a NIN show into a Bowie show with the duets in the middle. Right toward the end of Hurt someone in front of me saw the big dildo of a mic I was holding and pointed to his laminate and said "Put that way I don't want to have to bust you" so I lowered it then ran off into one of the riser sections. My favorite tour to listen to but a total stress strip to endure due to microphone problems. Thankfully it worked fine for this show but there is some static on Vegas 10/19/95 while 10/29/95 and the Palladium 10/31/95 shows are nearly unlistenable. Still looking for a clean copy of the last show which was just Bowie. |
