Tim Rogers is singer, guitarist and songwriter for Australian rockers You Am I. Tim's occasional solo shows are keenly anticipated by his legion of fans, and he never disappoints. This recording finds Tim alone and acoustic, performing a set before a small audience in The Studio, an intimate performance space within the Sydney Opera House complex. This is the first of two shows on this date, at 2pm and 6pm. Tim is in a great mood this afternoon, relaxed and seemingly surprised to find himself playing in such an atypical venue. The presence in the wings of Tim's wife and young daughter heightens the intimacy of the show - Tim's little girl, Ruby, even wanders into the spotlight during 'Beautiful Girl' and 'I Live Under the Flight Path', to the amusement of both Tim and the audience.
