| Note | A-/A- is probably more fair. This is a pro-shot show, and the transfer from the webcast is excellent. Full menu with bonus videos and stills. There are little half-second skips in between songs (I'm guessing whoever put this together made sure each song was buffered individually, then sequenced them) but the show flows well regardless. The sound isn't as great as you would hope for from a board mix, and the guitar gets lost at times (Sextape is pretty much drums and vocals only) with several adjustments made during the show. There was apparently a short source audio dropout during Birthmark, but that has been patched with audio from an audience recording. You can definately tell the difference in sound, but the edit is seamless. The show is killer and well worth the disc despite the small issues. When Girls Telephone Boys is a nice suprise, and the version of CMND/CNTRL is wicked awesome. Somewhat flawed, but still a fantastic disc. |
