Noteoften referrred to as the "Al Green recording session"

1. Honey Wait (?)

Bob Dylan and probably Carolyn Dennis shared vocal, Ron Wood (guitar), Steve Potts (drums). Other musicians usually identified as members of Al Green's band.

Said to have been recorded at the same session, but not circulated were

Mountain Of Love (Harold Kenneth Dorman)
We Had It All (Donny Frittis/Troy Seals)

Another installment of Dylan arcana, from what's often regarded as the first "Empire Burlesque" session. The date is not established with certainty, and the session wasn't documented in the records reviewed/published by Krogsgaard. Heylin lists this as the second EB session.

Most of what's known about this session comes via Ron Wood, who describes the musicians as uncomfortable with Dylan's rather fluid attitudes towards arrangements and studio work. By his and other accounts, nothing usable came out of the session. This track doesn't sound so much like a song as a dead end, with Dylan and the backing vocalists vamping on the chorus, waiting for the band to hit a decent groove before launching into the song -- but they never get there.

The track is relatively scarce, appearing on only one mainline commercial boot ("Odds And Ends"), but none of the standard collections of "Empire" outtakes (apparently Arthur Baker never got his hands near it).
