J-Card Comment | Live at the Matrix, San Francisco, CA, 1968 2nd volume compiling live sets of this Grateful Dead side project involving Jerry Garcia, Phil lesh, and of course, Mickey Hart. The Hartbeats only played seven dates in late 1968 and never recorded in the studio. Sound quality is a bit dim, but that would be expected for such a rare gem. Disc One (1968-10-30) "Intrepid Trips" "Bishop's Blues" Prisoner Blues "Magic Matrix Jam" (Clementine Jam in DeadBase) Dark Star (listed as Dark Star Jam in DeadBase) Disc Two (1968-12-16) Can You Pass The Acid Test? (who knows what this could be?) |
