Beastie Boys 1989-??-?? Paul's Boutique Era TV Appearances, Various, Various
Set 1Segment 1: Interview on Rapido August 1989

Segments 2-4: Yo! MTV Raps November 18 1989. Filmed in New York's China Town near the entrance to the Manhattan Bridge and in the vicinity of the Canal and Bowery intersection. This whole show was filmed in a three-block radius around where the Beastie Boys' first apartment was at 55-59 Chrystie Street.

Segment 5 Yo! MTV Raps with Dre and Ed Lover. Back in 1989, Dre left the Yo! MTV Raps studio in New York to travel out to Los Angeles, CA to hang out and film several segments with the Beastie Boys. The segments were aired over a week's time and were supposedly filmed in various exotic locations. The first location was announced on the show as Los Angeles, CA, which makes sense. At the time the Beastie Boys were living at the G-Spot house in the Hollywood Hills. Towards the end of the first installment, Ed Lover makes the comment that "via satellite" Dre and the Beastie Boys are now on location in Spain. This seems pretty unlikely since they are wearing the exact same clothes as they were at the beginning of the show, and the background looks like they are still in California.

Segment 6 MTV News clip about Adam Horovitz's public service announcement.

Segment 7 MTV News Clip about the Jimmy Castor vs. the Beastie Boys law suit for the "Hey Leroy" sample in the song "Hold it Now Hit It."
