Notehere is a treat, for you all zep lovers: the infamous vigorelli concert, taped by myself in the evening of july 5 1971,
in a stormy, crowded velodrome, in a previously uncirculated version (i have never traded this).
there are many sources, in the net, where you will find that Zep had played a more complete set, that evening,
including immigrant song and heartbreaker.
that is not true: i was there, and the only songs played were the songs that remain on tape.
reason is, probably the band wanted to shorten the setlist, as the riots outside the velodrome had begun in the
early afternoon.
last song ends abruptly, cause at one moment a smoke bomb hit near the stage, and the band stopped playing and went away.
in all, an historic document, more than musical, but it has its moments, especially during "dazed and confused"
