September 21, 1986 LA Street Scene Festival Los Angeles, CA Audience Shot Lineage: Camcorder > VHS (unknown gerations) > DVD Main Setlist: [help is needed] Bonus video: "hide behind my glasses" MTV 120 minutes circa 1994 (pro shot) Notes: There is some confusion on my part regarding the date of this show. The generic menu on this DVD, made by a standalone burner, states the date to be 1986-09-21. Googling this date shows it as the "LA Street Scene" show, however this performance is documented to be 23 minutes long on a few different trader lists, with a short setlist. The running time on this DVD is about 50 minutes and the setlist does not match the other Street Scene setlists I have seen for this date. It is possible that the more commonly traded show is an incomplete version of the whole set, and this is the full version, but I am not sure. If anyone can clear up this confusion or can help with the setlist, it would be appreciated. Video quality is good for the time period, and the generation appears to be low (probably 1st or 2nd); the audio is clear enough but hissy without much dynamic range (to be expected from a mid-80s camcorder's mic). Definitely a must-see for the Fishbone fan. |
