| Comment | This is an odd little item, but it is sure to delight fans of Alvin Lee and Ten Years After. Alvin stopped by KWST to chat with Richard Kimball and promote his lastest album (which I think was Pump Iron). I'm not sure of the date. Ten Years After played LA on August 1, Winterland on August 4. They make reference to the Winterland gig as already having happened, so it dates from some time after the 4th. In any case, the highlight is a little solo guitar jam. Unfortunately, I missed the beginning of the interview, which included Alvin's impromtu station ID for KWST, which he sang and played in jammin' TYA style.
