Comment | Recording from Brandywine Club in 1982 with the original band line-up (Including John Kuzma on guitar and Bobby Woods on bass). This is a TV show that has never been broadcasted according to some sources. I do however know of one person who did see it broadcasted on the USA Cable channel on a show called "Hot Spots". I don't think this version origins from that broadcast though. Also I find it strange that this was filmed for television when the band had not even released a single yet. But they had a lot of airplay on WMMR with their demos around that time. The set is rather short, only 29 minutes, but the TV show is mixed tight and there are some really rare songs performed here in suprisingly good mono sound (TV shows in these days were always in mono). Includes the unreleased "Jet Black" (sung by John Kuzma) which has a special "cult-status" among some fans. It should interest any die-hard fan as should "Wireless", the early performances of "Trouble In Paradise", "Hangin' On A Heartbeat" and "Fightin' On The Same Side". "Man In the Street" was never released either. |
