Sound here is pretty good for demos, 8/10 I'd say. Better than the Lifes Rich Pageant demos, but not as clear as the Green demos from "The Complete Green Demos" or the Out Of Time demos on "Outtakes Of Time". If any tracks have leaked from an earlier-generation tape, I've not heard them. Of the songs not listed above as instrumental, the lyrics are often unfinished or different than the released versions. "End Of The World" is instrumental except for the choruses. Some of the tracks have Mike Mills' backing vocals but no lead vocals from Stipe. Enjoy! |
