An estimated 4,000 tickets were distributed. Hard to say what the actual attendance was--but those there had a helluva time. "Live2CD" Charles Dewey Cole already shared an Edirol R-09 recording of this performance, which should remain the definitive recording unless something better pops up. This taper attended the show with his daughter, who wanted to be down front by Joe (Hey, I couldn't argue with that). As a result, the recording location and circumstances were not optimal. But I was willing to sacrifice so my daughter could enjoy the show, which she (and her father) certainly did. The resulting capture is very low-end, with a slight underwater quality. We were directly in front of the stacks and the mix was bassy to begin with. It is what it is. Completists may enjoy. Includes exclusive images from the show in separate folder. |
