| Tech Note | Pretty remarkable sound for its time, and the fact that it's not like Springsteen was famous yet. The biggest problem is that someone else's vocal mic (I've read it was the drummer) was up too high and his backing vocals are higher in the mix than Bruce's lead vocals (and the instruments, for that matter). It's a bit annoying, given the guy's a shitty singer, but still listenable. An interesting curiousity for Bruce fans. |
