| J-Card Comment | Note from taper: I blocked for my friend at this show till I got booted out of our "illegal" seats. Anyway, I believe he was about 20th row center or so. The reason the sound is not as bright as it should be is because he had an improper "rolloff" setting on the marcsounds and therefore the music seems a little buried. He was not going to leak this out, but a few years ago a friend of mine who was watching his house, burned this off as a request for me. My friend has way too much live music, and this recording would have stayed buried in his collection probably forever. I have placed the Spirit of Radio and the Tom Sawyer at the end of the 1st disc, so that the 2112 could be seamless on the second disc. Also, if yuou want a brighter mix, i reccomend using a "Normalize" that is based on the Average RMS Peaks. I just decided to provided the RAW version rather then some eqd one. It seems that the YYZ>Cygnus did not make it onto my 2 discs I got from my friend. Now... Fiddler's is a weird place and has a 10:30 curfew. So it is theoretically possible that the: Spirit of Radio>Tom Sawyer.. was the encore..and they said goodbye right after the Tom sawyer cuts, but then again.. I don't have access to the masters at the moment to verify that. And most likely those songs were just cut because my friend who dumped them wasnt paying close enough attention. Also i may be missing 1 of my master copies of set 2, but I think the missing copy was just a backup. Enjoy! |
