Notes for this show included on all 3 torrents:

I made the switch about a week back from DAT to Digital Recorder. After approximately 14 years of using my D7 and D100 decks I did some research, and decided to give the Olypus LS-10 my attention, and money.
Aside from the size, ability to record many hours in high-quality audio directly to a memory card, ease of use, and running time on one set of lithium batteries of at least 30 hours, I could not get past the idea that I was no longer going to be dependant on tapes.

Here is my first venture into recording with the LS-10. This show featured 4 bands:

Safety Suit 16/48 -20 minutes
Hoobastank 16/48 -35 minutes
Torrent can be found here:

Seether 16/96 -40 minutes
3 Doors Down 16/96 -80 minutes

I decided to try 2 different recording rates just to see if I could tell the difference in the quality and surprisingly I was able to hear slight differences, however nothing that would make me feel that I lost some great amount of sonic range by using the lower setting.

Safety Suit had a mild volume adjustment in the first minute where I was getting used to the microphone sensitivity for the first time, but nothing drastic.
Overall this is a very nice recording of 4 great acts. The only editing done was evening out the volume adjustment during the beginning of the Safety Suit show, and removing about 90 seconds of encore break (just crownd noise) in the 3 Doors Down show to help the show fit on a single CD. I put the SS and Hoobastank show on a single CD and torrent as SS played a VERY short set.

Artwork using pictures I took at the show is included.
