| Note | This is by far my favorite Permanent Waves show to listen to. The performance, the excellent sound, its all very great here. I'll start off with the amazing performance! All I can say is wow! They were on fire tonight, they love to be in Fort Worth, and it really shows by this date! Geddy was in such a great mood, it made this show even more enjoyable to listen to! I think that the sound here is also very excellent. We get amazing sounding bass resopnse here, and the mix here is near perfect for an arena show! Geddy is such a great vocalist here, and it really shows by this date, in my opinion. There is some tape hiss here, but that is no distraction to this absolutly awesome sounding show! A must have recording if you don't have it already, and if you were wondering, it beats the 1-26-80 show by a longshot! |
