2008 - May 13 Halifax, Nova Scotia The Cunard Center "Halifax Vulgaris" Mugison, opening for Queens of The Stone Age torrent can be found here: http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=197203 Lineage: my homemade mics -->200hz roll off filter-->Edirol R-09-->24bit, 44.1khz-->transfer to PC using Soundforge9-->volume and EQ adjustment-->downsampled to 16bit, 44.1khz-->FLAC8 Recorded from the right hand side of the Cunard Center, about 30 feet away from the stage. There are 2 known versions of this show....and I recorded them both!! I may release the alternate version sometime in the future, but for now I will hold on to it.The sound is slightly different as I used a different set of mics and a different digital recorder. I found that I actually enjoyed Mugison more than QOTSA because their sound wasn't as fuzzy and sounded much better. The Cunard Center is not known for its acoustics! The QOTSA audio changes from time to time as I move to avoid slammers or to get away from loud clappers/talkers! I was not sure of some of the track titles or their splits especially on the older stuff.Hopefully I have them right. Please do not alter or change this recording. If you trade this show, please keep the info and title with it. Made by the fans, for the fans. Never sold or reconverted to lossy format (except for personal use) Total time is 97 minutes I added fade-outs and fade-ins at the cd split: CD1 Tracks 1-11 CD2 Tracks 12-22 Give me some feedback.
