Normally when this happens, in an effort to answer (?)'s in the source/lineage I refer to the CU; however, a definitive answer was not provided in this case. First source listed in the CU is described as being taped from the floor, but this DVD's source was definitely taped a couple rows up in the seats. The other source listed is described as a 2-cam matrix, but this DVD is a single source all the way through. Source for this DVD could be one of those two sources, but not having seen the 2-cam matrix I really can't say. Still, I believe this is a common show so some people reading this can likely provide the answers. In the meantime here's what I've got...
