22-4-1996 normal, illinois @redbird arena recorded from the 3rd floor, in front of the stacks on stage left. type o negative and ozzy were on the bill as well. ozzy was originaly set to play earlier in the year with support being provided by the deftones and korn. rumors had it ozzy's back was sore. there is a video of the sepultura show out there, but this is not sourced from the video. equipment. some tape recorder, w/makeshift mics. i used these sport earbuds(gray) made by sony for their "sport" line-up. i actually experimented w/several different earphone combinations. i was broke in college, so i had to improvise. considering the equipment, it came out pretty good. the guitars are nice and crunchy the tape was a maxell xl2. master tape>r9>sandisk 2gb memory car>roxio 9>tlh>flac>you no denoiser was used. no eq was used before, during, or after the master tape transfer. this is raw! roots spit territory kiowas arise chaos bc/chaos ad ratamahata enjoy, please dont turn this into mp3s, and dont sell it either. keep it lossless! |
