Tech NoteOK, so here we have a show, for which I accidentaly found FM audio in my house, got it as an extra in some trade long ago. I got the video itself from Invaders. So, after I got permission from him & Metallican to try and sync up the audio, I started... I did the syncing in Vegas Pro 8.0. I also left the original VHS audio as the 2nd choice, since there was space on the DVD :) The FM audio is taken from a bootleg CD, but I'm not sure which one (if I'm not wrong, there are two bootleg CDs that contain this show out there - Third World Posse and Tales From The Crypt). I had it burned on a CD-r. Not all of the tracks are on the CD, "Arise", "Inner Self" and "Policia" have only the VHS audio. About the syncing itself - I think it was well done. Though, I'm the one who did it, so I'm subjective about it. I think I maybe noticed that in a song or two it goes slightly out of sync halfway through the song. That's cause the speed on the VHS (it's a 2nd gen VHS of a 16 year old show) is slightly different than the speed on the CD bootleg. Who knows, I've watched the show a million times and I'm really tired of staring at Igor's drums and Max's barely visible mouth :) And if you don't like the FM audio, there's a 2nd audio option - the VHS audio. So, everyone should be satisfied. BTW, I followed this guide: http://www.leglessmoof.net/audiosync/ LINEAGE: VHS2 (2nd gen VHS) > VCR > Stand Alone DVD Recorder > TRADE > DVD Decrypter > Vegas Pro (audio synchronization) > DVD-Lab Pro
