Note | Remaster notes: This source is the first of two nights. In comparison, this one has a better mix, but is a poorer capture. There were a few random skips indicating digital dropouts; I removed all the ones that I noticed. The only one that wasn't seamless was in Reflection; but I figured a little skip was better than a space of silence. There was a random extreme volume increase near the end of The Patient; I lowered the volume on that particular section so the volume is semi-even but it still sounds clipped/brickwalled. Disc two began with Disposition and it quickly faded in to the first note. I cut out the digital silence at the beginning (if I had to guess, I'd say each disc was originally burned TAO with one track each) and put Disposition in the middle of some cheering at the end of The Patient so it flows smoothly. I took the liberty of deleting some crowd noise from the very beginning and end of the show because it was completely pointless. The original tracking was very strange, for example there was a 20 second track that contained nothing but crowd noise, but a 33 minute track that had Disposition, Reflection, and Sober. So I retracked the entire thing in what I consider the proper manner (relating to intros, outros, banter, and such).
MaxxBass > REQ 4band > L3 > FLAC > Download on my PC (1)> uTorrent > you (2) There are still some problems here and there that relate to the transfer, for example bits of static and breaking up, most noticeably on Prison Sex. Also, Maynard's voice seems to brickwall the recording whenever he puts any sort of power in it. Well, it is what it is, and this is, to me, a lot more enjoyable to listen to than the original. |
