Note | Ah... remember when Weezer didn't suck? This is a killer show from their first resurgence. Sound is excellent, and it took me a couple of songs to figure out that this is an audience recording. Having attended many shows at this venue, I have no idea how the taper got such a great recording, because the Troubadour is one of the worst sounding clubs I've ever been to. You wouldn't know that here. There are two loud pops during Surf Wax America that sound like someone nudged the taper's mic, but other than that, this is super clean througout. Great recording, great performance, great Weez. |
