| Note | Fix of shnid 5700
I made the transition between CDs 2 and 3 seamless. Sector boundaries in CD 3 were fixed and verified using shntool. Overlapping fade tracks were added to the end of CD 2 and the beginning of CD 3. For seamless playback simply remove the fade tracks. I also moved Boston from New York to Massachusetts.
