Roanoke Civic Center Roanoke, Va. 7/7/1987 Source: unknown shotgun mics > Sony D6 > Maxell MX 90s (MC) MC > Playback on Marantz PRD505 (azimuth adjusted) > Marantz Intergrated Stereo Amp MP-68 > SB Audigy4 on new P4 machine > Sound Forge normalization > WAV > CDWave > WAVs > Flacfrontend 1.7.1 (level 8) > flacs. This recording was done to capture as much as possable. There were no tape flips requiring fast forwarding or rewinding during the actual recording. Side A of the first tape was recorded then Side A of the second cassette. Everything was then fast forwarded at the break. Side B of the second cassette was recorded and then Side B of the first cassette. After Side B of the second cassette ended I manually wound it past where Side A had end to be able to have extra tape to record the encore. This was not necessary in this case. Encore can be added to the end of Disk 1 to save space. Disks can be combined on longer media for extended play. Disk 1 Set 1 01. Crowd/tuning > Funiculi Funicula > Crowd/tuning 02. Half Step Mississippi Uptown Toodle-do 03. Walkin' Blues 04. Candyman 05. Brother Easu 06. When Push Comes To Shove 07. Me & My Uncle 08. Mexicali Blues 09. Birdsong 10.
