Note- Note on 32khz DATs -- By definition, frequencies above 16kHz are cut. This allows a 2 hour tape to hold 4 hours of music. Analog cassette recordings rarely hold anything other than tape hiss above the 16kHz mark. For this reason, cassettes (especially lower quality ones) rarely lose quality when copied to 32kHz dat.
