comments:
This is a complete uninterrupted recording of the opening night of Ozrics 2005
U.S. tour, the 1st time I ever saw a show on St. Patty's day (guess I'm not very
Irish, huh?) and it was a fun time. What better way to kick off a spring concert
season than with some tentallation? This was my 6th time seeing and recording
them, the sound in the Middle East downstairs room is bad, the walls are all concrete.
This was made behind most of the crowd, the mikes were on stands so the crowd noise
is not very loud and there was nothing between the mikes and sound system so it
comes through clearly. Not much bass though, but enough to hear the new drummer
and bassist (new at this time) who sounded pretty good. The bassist is from Boston
area. Ed was on guitar as usual, John on flute and vocals and his wife on keyboards.
Some good new songs here. I'm looking for the night after this at the Higher Ground
in Vermont, if anyone has it, please post. That place had a major renovation just
before that show.
Do not sell this recording.
Trade freely and losslessly.
