Notes: Wow, at last this dvd is finished! For a first shot, I have to say that I'm quite happy with the overall result even if there are many flaws in the filming. But first, I'd like to thank Franck and Ryan for their contribution and this amazing audio source they generously gave for this DVD. Without it, the film result would have remained on Youtube, in a poor compressed size with some terrible saturated noise as an audio source. So thank you very much for you both.

After seeing Tool two nights in London at the Brixton Academy, I was so dissapointed that I couldn't capture a piece of it that I had to handle things and kick my butt for the next show in Paris. I was determined to pass through the security guards with my video-camera and carve a part of Tool's long history on tape.

For the filming, I wanted to be far enough from the stage to screen the overall scene and to be able to zoom while keepking a relative neutral angle of the stage ( centered and frontal ). Of course, I had no tripod and it was quite hard to stay still during the whole concert as people were moving around me ( not too much hopefully ) and my back that hurt like hell, but at the end I think it was worth it.

So, this DVD is far from perfection and I'm aware of all the things that I could have done ( move less, zoom less! , stay even more still ). What I miss the most is the end of Vicarious that I couldn't capture (tape reached end too soon... )...But, things are the way they are now and I'll definitly do better next time ... in 2010 ?
