Tech NotePatch Source: Eddie Claridge's 421 mics(set up on the SBD)>(Eddie's)D-5>(Jim Wise's)D-5>D-5> D-5>CDR (note the D-5's represent the chain from the decks used to record that night not cassette gens. In other words this source is the same as the Main source just further down the chain of decks from Jim Wise's deck.) Conversion: EAC(secure)>CD WAV>Cool Edit Pro>SHN(seekable) Original Notes~ Flaws/Notes: Master Tape appears to suffer from some deterioration, which manifests itself as some faint clicking/popping during quiet passages. There are also a few (analog) dropouts during the second set. Seeded to etree on 11-2-00 by dnsacks@usa.net Upgrade Notes: I got the main source via FTP in SHN format and the patch source be on CDR.
