| Tech Note | info not mine Here's some more of that great Vandiego Dave footage that I've combined with footage shot by VHT's very own dmb5150 (Dave). It's the full show, however, neither filmer shot the show non-stop. So there are a few spots between songs when neither was filming, so occasionally I had to edit things such that there basically is no pause between songs. It's noticeable that there is a cut in the recording, but it's not annoying IMO. dmb5150 actually shot the first 16 songs using a wideangle HD cam, so mixing that with 640X480 digital camera footage took some pretty serious finagling on my part. This was somewhat further complicated by the fact most of the two angles used to make the second disk was shot with digital cameras; one of which was 30 frames per second (fps) and the other 25 fps. The 25 fps footage has a slight bit of choppiness to it. I would also like to mention that Onfire (Jerry) also helped out a great deal in this project. Almost forgot - this is dmb5150's virgin attempt at concert filming!! Damn good job for the first time!! And the show itself ~ absolutely SMOKING HOT performance!! |
