San Diego, CA Cox Arena Sony DCR-TRV900/2x Telephoto Lens/No External Mics Setlist (approximately 2 hours running time): Jambi Stinkfist (LP version) 46&2 Schism (extended) Lost keys/Rosetta stoned Pushit (LP Version) Wings for Marie 10 000 days Lateralus (extended) Vicarious Ænima Notes: Settle for mediocre seating. The filming job is lack luster. Wasn't able to lap it and I was right on the edge of the isle. So its a hand held with out directly looking shot video. Was only able to see thru the shirt covering the view finder to damper the light from it a little bit for a general "ok, I think thats the band" type view. The telephoto lens helped, but the video lost a lot of clarity with it used. Video can be a bit shakey/obstructed due to everyone standing for 99% of the show and not directly pointed at any one from time to time. B- overall. The audio is decent considering the venue sucks balls. Couple security ducks, long one during pushit as two guys got pulled in front and to the right of me for smoking. The rest of the video is just akward imo. Probably a collectors only item as its no better or worse then your average bleacher seating shot video from any of the 2006 shows. |
