Note | with Jimmy Vaughan, Hubert Sumlin & B.B. King |
Tech Note | Fun set, and everyone plays great here, but B.B. King steals the show. Brought a tear to my eye! The song listed as "Six Strings Down" was an instrumental, and it sounds completely different from the Vaughan song that I know by the same name. If anyone can confirm what was actually played, I'd appreciate it. Both J. Vaughan and H. Sumlin stayed for the rest of the set after they came out to play. Cray, and his band, were introduced by the widow of blues great Willie Dixon. |
