| Tech Note | Just an incredible day of music. I recommend this festival - the whole thing - to anyone who loves music. I have separate listings on my page for all of the individual sets too. There were sound problems throughout the day (the sound crew for this festival should never be hired again, unless it's McDonald's or Wal-Mart), but there are thankfully few flaws with these recordings. Sometimes the vocals, or certain guitars, get buried in the mix, but no set gets less than an "A-" in my opinion. On the whole, the entire festival gets a "A" for sound and an "A+" for the performances themselves. |
