Comment | John campbell, solo studio recording.Little is known regarding where or even when it was recorded.
John shared a copy with friends in the early 1980's.It sounds eerily similar to the songs he recorded on the tyler sessions. So, it may have been recorded at or around the same time period. John recorded this version directly from the master tapes to cassette. He told friends that he was not pleased with the results and never wanted it released. Luckily, this cassette was saved because John couldn't have been more wrong about its quality. This is great music and great Blues. John was truly a master and on this CD he demonstrates a softer side of his musical side. |
