From text file: "In May of 2003, the Bill Frisell Trio performed a series of shows at the venerated Yoshi's nightclub. These shows were recorded, with the band's blessings, by a gentleman who will remain nameless. It was my pure good luck to sit down at the table where this fellow had his recording equipment. I cannot tell you exactly what that equipment was but I do know that it was some high-end DAT with serious mikes. The sound is incredible and, to my ears, rivals that of many professional live recordings. If you are a fan of Mr. Frisell, you gotta have this.
