This is not only fantastic music but also a history lesson of sorts as Mr. Crumb gives good stories about the musicians involved but what was going on in the world surrounding these recordings.
Disc one: 1. New Orleans Jazz 2. German Jazz Disc Two: 1. French Jazz 2. Black String Bands I could not recommend this more. Would no doubt make a top 10 list of my bootlegs if I had such a list. |
