| Tech Note | Audience Filmed w/ Upgraded Sound LA Forum, Inglewood CA 2/12/89, Partial Set 2 This is the first part of the second set of this concert, and the only segment during which Dylan joined the Band. The clip of NFA, which is taken from the very end of the second set is the exception, and seems to include a few seconds of proshot footage. Otherwise, this is very steady unobstructed audience footage shot from quite a distance, probably second generation, with soundboard upgraded sound. I did not author this DVD and have no further information about it, including whether it has been seeded before.
