| Tech Note | Random taper bullet notes: - I love shows at du Nord - great crowd super respectful - I got bumped towards the beginning of the 1st song and the levels went up a tad and get a little too close to the edge at the end of the song - nothing horrible just a light crunchiness on some of the bigger hits - I readjusted and after that the levels are spot on the rest of the show - I really liked the guitar player tasty licks and a wonderful tone that comes through on this recording - Watching and hearing Squire and White from that close . . . simply fabulous - mostly stage sound from the guitar bass and drums on this tape I was about 6 people deep from the stage which is only a couple of feet high - vocals were generally weak in the PA mix - flute mellotron keyboard sound rocks! |
