| Note | so after that earlier disaster with hundreds of our members downloading a lossy and incomplete version, today i offer to you all, the band, recorded at roosevelt stadium in jersey city,nj.included here are both complete nights; july 31 and august 1,1973 from new analog transfers from my reels.for those who don't know, the band only did 3 shows in 1973, these 2 and the watkins glen festival a few days earlier.i had the great pleasure of attending all of them and i won't soon forget the amazing feeling of seeing the band with the original lineup.for the 2 roosevelt shows i was about 20 feet from the stage for both nights.these were also jerry garcia's birthday shows and the dead followed the band in great form.
