Comment | Paris '70 is one of the more famous Sabbath films, since is one of the only pro-shot films of the band during the early 70?s. Professionally filmed by a Belgian film crew on 16mm film, this show was later broadcast on TV by Yorkshire and Tyne Tees Television. It was shown in 2-30 minute episodes. EDIT on Jan 28 2015 - there is a general consensus in the Black Sabbath world that the so called Paris 1970 film is not from The Olympia Theater 12/20/1970 but still as stated above, filmed by a Belgium crew the date is most likely from 1970-10-03 - the venue being Theatre 140 (POPSHOP)- http://www.black-sabbath.com/tourdates/1971tour/ |
