| Note | "This particular version is one that I personally "restored". I have taken the various parts of this show that were available
and restored them to the original running order of the original concert. (Most versions feature the original reels in a random order with some segments even repeated.) I used two different versions of this show and used the best of both elements. One version had an additional 35 seconds of footage at the end that the other didn't, so I was sure to include that. I have chosen to omit the bit with the comedian. Sorry to those who were really looking forward to that segment.
