The Alarm are always appreciated! However the correct tracklisting is as follows: 01. Marching On 02. The Chant Has Just Begun 03. Deeside 04. Dawn Chorus 05. The Day The Ravens Left The Tower 06. Knife Edge 07. Third Light 08. Walk Forever By My Side 09. Blaze Of Glory 10. 68 Guns 11. The Deceiver 12. Where Were You Hiding? I was kind of hoping the missing tracks: 'Majority' 'One Step Closer To Home' 'Absolute Reality' 'The Stand' were all going to be here to replace my old AM broadcast copy at last, but this is the same as what was uploaded a while back on Dime. Anybody got these missing broadcasted tracks in stereo FM quality? The date of this show was 11th May 1985 too, but at the same venue, as is this was part of the 'Absolute' tour and not the 'Strength' tour, which was in December. Don't want to throw a spanner in the works, but I thought I better tell anyone who was going to download this. As I've said though this is an absolutely brilliant stereo broadcast. Thanks anyway. |

According to http://www.thealarm.com/tourlist.asp?year=1985&filter= The Alarm played Hammersmith four times in 1985, twice in May and twice in December. This show also circulates as Dec 16 or 15, 1985 as it was broadcast under this date on Dime. Two users confirmed it to be May 11, 1985 One user wrote: "May 1985 show at Hammersmith odeon from the absolute tour. The BBC recorded the whole show and broadcast 1 hour in June 85 and then re-edited it and broadcast it again in February 1986. I have both the December shows on Audience tapes and hope one day to seed them along with some of my other Alarm shows." |
