A guy I used to work with used to be a cameraman at some country theatre in Branson, MO (Roy Clark, I think). He would run the feed for the screens in the auditorium. While working there, he became good friends with the dude who actually shot this. The guy was an employee of the Grateful Dead (at least that night I suppose) and he put his own camera on the screens as he was shooting his angle of the feeds.
