I've seen them maybe 15-20 times before, but this night was simply electric. Melvin Sparks added so much flavor and funk to the band that they literally tore the roof off the place. How Cochemea had the energy to play this show, then the latenight "Salute Jam" show until dawn, and then fly to Vancouver the next day for a show that night is beyond me, what a madman!!!! |
