Penultimate date of the "the Web" / "Script" UK tour.
A few years back a rampent Marillion tape trader asked me to transfer a lot of his collection to CD for him which I did and this is one of the those shows. The tapes they came from were all, he said, the master recordings, and were labeled as such. Sometimes just with the dates, sometimes with the venue and dates, and sometimes with titles as well.
All details - dates, venues, and set lists - were checked and seemed to be correct.

Coming to the close of their first major headlining tour, Marillion played two nights at Hammersmith and are about to loose their drummer, who will leave after the following nights appearance. To celebrate "Grendel" is returned to the extended set list. (It would only be played a handfull of times after this.) And Fish talks.... a lot.

MODS Please note that official released tracks used on "Recital of the Script" (Video EP), "The Web EP" and the B-side of "Garden Party" maxi single, all come from the following night at the same venue, and NOT from this one. (See link below for information).

Next shows (2) will be from the troubled "Script For an American Tour" with Andy Ward.

No Artwork (unless you want to make some that is).

Steve Rothery - Guitar
Pete Trewavas - Bass
