provides a priceless Spinal Tap moment after finishing "Beth" with a heartfelt "God bless you, Houston." Unfortunately, Kiss was playing Dallas this night. A smattering of boos follows, as well as Paul Stanley figuratively falling off his "7-inch leather heels" while backpedaling for spin control! "He was kidding. Can't you take a joke? ... That Peter, he's such a funny guy," Paul says, none too convincingly. To make matters worse, Paul had told the crowd before "Black Diamond" (only the song before) that their NEXT STOPS were San Antonio and Houston! |
